Business License

Are you considering opening a business within the city limits of Centerville?  If so, please visit the TN Department of Revenue website www.tn.gov/revenue

Effective immediately (6/4/2021).  All City Business License Applications must be approved by the City Building Inspector before any license will be issued.  When you are ready to apply for your license, use the business license application form, located above, get approval from BI, and return to Business office with your $15 application fee.
